Fashion Career Consultancy was founded by Amy Aberra who is an experienced Head Office Recruiter with over 10 years experience supporting many reputable brands including Boohoo, JD Sports, Murci, Next and Sainsbury’s. Initially, FCC was set up as a careers advice platform for people seeking help on getting into the fashion/retail industry from cv tips, to interview tips, LinkedIn and everything else in between.
I am now proud to say Fashion Career Consultancy is a recruitment agency supporting candidates and clients within the fashion/beauty/retail/ecommerce industry.

I work with candidates looking for their next role within head office, as well as partnering with brands with their recruitment to help find suitable talent and build & scale their teams.

FCC give regular fashion careers talks and workshops to schools, college, universities and other companies within the Fashion industry sharing tips and tricks including cv and interview tips to help develop people’s employability skills further, allowing them to stand out and get one step closer to securing a role in the industry. Being a fashion recruiter, I have seen hundreds of CV’s and placed hundreds of people into retail head offices & my in house experience at Boohoo was also a great insight to dig deeper with hiring managers to understand what they look for. I’m keen to educate more people who are interested in finding a role within fashion!
