Buying- the Buying team is ultimately responsible for overseeing the development of the range of products stocked for their brand. They analyse consumer buying patterns & predict future trends through different tools such as street style, catwalk or social media platforms.


Merchandising- the Merch team work closely with Buyers to plan the product range, managing budgets and predicting sales & profits. It’s an analytical role where you are negotiating quantities and delivery timescales as well as managing and distributing stock.


Design- using CAD skills to design the range working closely with the product team, researching for seasonal trends including colour, shapes, details, prints etc. Liaising and visiting supply bases and collating and distributing fabric sourcing packs.


QA/QC/Garment Tech- involves carrying out a range of technical, investigative and quality control work on clothing and textiles, ensuring that quality, ethical & legal standards are met.


Marketing- there's many elements within Marketing whether its Social Media, PR/Influencer, or Digital/Affiliate/CRM marketing. In summary the Marketing team are in charge of the brand/company’s appeal to the target audience. They use their research and skills to develop strategies and campaigns to further increase sales.


Studio- the Studio team includes a number of roles such as Stylists, Photographers, MUA’s so it’s more visually creative on how the products are then placed on the website and they are in charge of making the products as appealing as possible to the audience.


Ecommerce- you have the role and responsibility of looking after a website that focuses on the buying, trading and selling of the products, overseeing the design and developments of the website. You will have Trading Assistants, Executives, Trading Managers and also Ecommerce Visual Merchandisers all sitting within the same team supporting eachother.
